If that is the standard, that is putrid - about as bad as Lloyd winning it when he back-footed it in off the goal line.

Maybe it's the AFL way to supplement some Gold Coast salary cap and make sure he stays? Here's a $50K bonus for kicking a goal on the run after a bit of a 1-2 out of the middle, when all other midfielders went to the wrong side of the ruck contest...

Some do. I feel sorry for the ones who have to do it. The biggest laugh my daughters get all year is the pre Brownlow red carpet. It's their essential viewing , then they turn it off once that's done.
