So who would you have suggested wins it? Rowell was a standout player when you look at previous winners. It's always been a subjective award. Other awards are there anyway. Coaches', players', club B&F, media awards. This is the only one that gets a 3 hour TV slot- so be it.

Yep, he was on his last warning before being sent to the tribunal for any further indiscretions
