Scores and rankings 2025 Bye Round Performance

Went slightly backwards on the back of a shocker in round 13.



Round 13 was always going to be a lower scoring round as I had more Saints/Freo players than your average bear.

But Roberts, Smith & Gray all going down and Bice and Maric needing trading before a heavy loss of $ took me from the planned 20 playing to only 17 and I basically gave up 300 points to par when the plan was to only drop 100.

Went from 18k to 11k burnt too many trades and to many sideways ones at that completed team with some bench cover an 3 trades left to hopefully turn it into top 5k

Couple of decent weeks helped the cause. Lots of trades used trying to make finals in my cashie. Think this is nearly my highest rank in about 8 years of coaching but still gonna miss finals.

I started out going backwards. Using 6 trades gave me the pleasure of dropping 4,000 places.

An excellent round 15 and not too shabby round 16 eventually saw a 10,000 place turnaround.

Still 7 trades in hand so hopefully I can finish in my targeted 5,000-10,000 range.

It’s all about Bye Round Performance not how you are ranked overall.

The evidence says cloggy moved in the right direction.

But it's difficult not to when you start from out in ghost ship territory.

Coming to terms with the likelihood that the highlight of my year will be a sub 2100 score.

Coming from FPL and not knowing about cash gen and rookies until about round 8 or 9, I think I've salvaged the year alright.

Went from 66k to 44k over the bye weeks. Hopefully improve a bit with my very average 'complete' team.

Eh just held rank really. Trading in Whitfield over NAS probably cost me a spot in the top 200.
