I’ll be ****ing ropable if any of those clubs bid on F/S or academy players with the second of their 2 consecutive picks.Melbourne will probably have 7 & 8 as well. 4 teams taking back to back picks. Not sure about the likelihood of a player sliding.
Would have to think with his athletic profile he would be of interest if he was availableWith the rise of Robey & x.Taylor he would be the likely one to fall.
His damaging speed is certainly something we don’t have a lot of.

Will be interesting to see how far he falls after the ACL.I’ve been on the Barker train since early in the season. Still think he would be a good fit for us. He has long term wing locked in with massive scope (IMO) to become an explosive midfielder.
Can also play half back so has that versatility we look for. Would be a steal as a late first, definitely would’ve gone higher if not for the ACL.
Jake Rogers went pretty high for a tiny player IIRC and he's more of a HF / mid. Will likely slide down the draft a bit if he's only 174cm. Good pick if we have one in the third round.
We really should be given bidding rights on BarkerI’ve been on the Barker train since early in the season. Still think he would be a good fit for us. He has long term wing locked in with massive scope (IMO) to become an explosive midfielder.

Max Holmes’s brother Hunter looks very good, tall & speedy midfielder that can play as an intercepting/rebound half back. Will go second round, one to keep an eye out for especially if we get another pick for Buku in that range.

Hunter Holmes Draft Profile
Oakleigh Chargers speedster Hunter Holmes can play inside or out, showing similar running ability to elder brother Max.central.rookieme.com
Feel like players from 10-25 are pretty similarSounds like where confident someone is slipping to trade back?
Really? Didn’t they just get Kako and their academy picks are at least one small forward? There’s talk of Bombers taking Dovaston with one of their first picks, can’t see him making it to 14 now
I think Taylor might be over hyped by rankers & media. I don't see him being that good. I feel he's similar to Coffield.Really? Didn’t they just get Kako and their academy picks are at least one small forward?
Doesn’t seem like a balanced move at all
I’d be all over Xavier Taylor for one of their selections
Coffield was good before the ACL'S ruined his athleticism.I think Taylor might be over hyped by rankers & media. I don't see him being that good. I feel he's similar to Coffield.
It's not his athleticism that's the problem. It's his decision making. Taylor has a similar problem.Coffield was good before the ACL'S ruined his athleticism.
Definitely looks really classy. Could have midfield potential as well, we just didn’t see it enough.Id be keen for us to get NHH
They do but probably means they’re already “over invested” in that area. They already have Gothard (pick #12, 2023) and Hannaford (pick #18, 2024) who haven’t got a look in yet.I get the feeling that GWS will take Dovaston they love drafting small forwards
NHH likely there at 33. His run of injuries has everyone scared off. Could end up being a steal. My top targets are Dovaston or Hargreaves at the first pick. Missing some class in forward half outside West.
