What is the path towards acquiring any future draft assets though? Would have to be downgrading our pick wouldn't it?

Yep. Either downgrade or perhaps even shifting one of our picks out and getting a late pick in return

Just watched the highlights on AFL website,

How are people saying he is slow? He isn't prime JJ quick sure but looked more then quick enough and the kicks he attempted and pulled off were phenomenal

I know we used Gallagher around ball and as a HHF, but is there no reason he couldn't go back to Half-Back where we drafted him (and he excelled at in Juniors)? Seems to be a bit of a forgotten man.

I wouldn't mind us having another look at Thredgold instead of Lindsay, especially if we could eke an F2 or early F3 out of shifting back a few spots.

Interesting that Cal has us linked to rucks. I guess we do need another developing ruck. I would have thought we’d need one more developing key back also or is that Darcy?

From what I understand we did additional interviews over the weekend and a couple of the players we talked weren't ruckman and would be best regarded as players most good phantom drafts rank between 30 and 50.
Just from what I hear, we have a narrow range of about 5 players for first selection and a similar number for our second.
