If Darcy goes to the rookie draft it means we enter the season with one spot available? Will be interesting tonight to see just which players are available for the rookie draft because I expect there will be some nice leftovers

Sounds like Emmett unless North take him, then it'd be Kras. I'm OK with that
Im predicting Thredgold to North, Emmett to dogs and the blues pick to Saints for Phillipou. After that is anyone's guess.

He and his brother are alot alike, they both definitely have talent but have both been cruelled by injury. They definitely don't lack for self confidence.
Very thin line but I was being polite.
Most likely just one with Darcy officially joining tomorrow as a rookie. If he does attract a bid tonight it'll be matched and we wont have a spot for the rookie draft.

Yep we only have two list spots. Our pick two tonight and Darcy (whether that is in the draft tonight or as a rookie after).
The only other players we could bring in are Cat B rookies. That is restricted for overseas (eg Irish), or elite sports people from other sports (eg JOD).

Kras is way more athletic but is much raw because he came from BBall very late. Has a higher ceiling but a lower floor due to lack of exposure.
Emmett viewed as being more a KPD than a ruck by a lot of clubs and probably a safer bet.

Pretty similar appeal. Both big versatile 'rucks' that are very athletic and aggressive and good at footy.
Kras rawer. Emmett more established.

I think we will lean towards Emmett, for a Lobb like role of developing defender, who can pinch hit in the ruck.
