If he gets past Adelaide, I can see Essendon taking him.Long post but I'm bored.
Saw this on the draft page and it got me thinking, where does minni the Pou go
Pick 21, Fremantle: Jevan Phillipou (Woodville-West Torrens, 183 cm, F/M). Younger brother of Mattaes, Jevan is a tough one to place but I can see him going as high as pick 13 or as low as 25 or so but Freo probably jump on him here.
Here's roughly the current selection order with the NGA/FS picks omitted but points deducted to remove the zombie picks.
The top 11 could shuffle, but beyond that no one has the capital to move up so 12 < 20 is probably close to set already.

Adelaide a real danger, but if Pou slips past there's a reasonable chance he could keep falling past Norff's 2 picks, getting into the late 20's on the night where there's more carnage with NGA's.
Currently listed picks 27 < 32 are all in danger of being lost for points and sit between the above listed 20 NM and 23 WB.
If we're gonna jump in before Fincher then these are probably the picks that will be up for sale. Could Pou still be available? Would he appeal to the clubs between 15 & 20?

Just your brain preparing for the Ashes mate. Not long to goI'll preface this by saying I never dream about St Kilda so it was a strange one.
So last night I dreamt that I was at a training session and Archie Ludowyke was a St Kilda player.
I'd take it with a grain of salt though based on the fact that the boys were in the cricket nets having a hit as part of their training. Darcy Wilson has a decent cover drive and Hugo is pretty quick off the long run.
Yeah, my dreams are weird af....

West Coast wont do that.I think we talk to the teams directly in front of the Crows.
If that 10-25 range really is super even then Adelaide would be smart picking Jevan and using him as a lure to try and get Pou back home.
WCE could trade us 13 for our F1st + their 3rd back, something like that. We get Pou Jnr to keep the vibes at Moorabbin and they get to spread the rebuild out a little more.
I reckon if Dovaston is still there they might preference him.If he gets past Adelaide, I can see Essendon taking him.
I've been thinking for years that mids are overrated. What we really need is a good top order.I'll preface this by saying I never dream about St Kilda so it was a strange one.

That F1 would want to be in 2027.I think we talk to the teams directly in front of the Crows.

Well, he did train with us over the offseason and is a big Saints supporter hahaI'll preface this by saying I never dream about St Kilda so it was a strange one.

If that range turns out to be correct, it's another example of why Geelong's last minute offer made zero sense from our perspective since pick 40 would give us nothing we arent already going to get.
To bring Fincher in for basically nothing would complete a very successful off season. While he's not a top end talent, he showed something worth developing in that VFL game and thats more then you can say for a lot of this draft pool.

We are fortunate his u18 and Vic metro coaches didnt play him in the midfield from the start of the year and waited for him to dominate a VFL game there before making the move.I don't think he looks any worse than most of the highly fancied players in this draft to be honest. It's going to be a real gamblers draft.
I hear they're actually planning on taking Elijah Tsatas' brother insteadIf he gets past Adelaide, I can see Essendon taking him.
So who do we like at the tail end of these guys, folks? Given our draft position, I’m happy with a ‘piece’ rather than a particular style.Cal Twomey's Phantom Form Guide: Top draft prospects' October ranking - https://www.afl.com.au/news/1444603
