Riley Beveridge mentioned last week we could be one of the clubs who targets that pick.Whats the likelihood of us trading up for goldcoasts pick 4 is it? Who's available...
lt is more than likely that we are going to drop further down the ladder quite a few spots before end of year, so a pick approx 5-7 is a chance.Whats the likelihood of us trading up for goldcoasts pick 4 is it? Who's available...

Saints are crazy offering TDK the reported $, his form has completely disappeared .

l would suspect they have next years 1st earmarked for Cody Walker. If that's the case I be floating next years
Pull 2027 forwardl would suspect they have next years 1st earmarked for Cody Walker.
Yes that is a possibility we certainly need to find some players over the next 2 draft/trade periods.Pull 2027 forward
Yeah, caught my eye as a candidate last week. Hard to get enthused with too many in this draft. We need some forward craft, but nothing stands out as a bankable high pick to me. Plenty of possible impact types, but they have questions. Can't help but notice there's no discussion about Oudshoorn-Bennier, one to watch if TDK goes and we can split the pick or trade down when securing a starting ruck.

I would not be spending draft capital on forward rucks. The development time is too long, we already have some viable options on our list. We're better off getting some solid kickers on our list.If TDK and one of Harry/Charlie goes and we have a couple high picks I'd target Aidan Schubert for one of them.
Forward/Ruck who's plays more similar to Sam Darcy than TDK. Good mark, solid disposal and his work at ground level for a big guy is awesome. Had a strong champs also. https://sanfl.com.au/league/clubs/central-district/1031492/?league=u18&season=2025
I get what youre saying but its a slippery slope. We dont want to make decisions based on the next 2 years, rather the next 10.I would not be spending draft capital on forward rucks. Which kickers are available late in this draft? I could barely name 5 genuinely good kicks I've seen in this years crop let alone ones that will go late.I get what youre saying but its a slippery slope. We dont want to make decisions based on the next 2 years, rather the next 10.
There are kickers at every stage of the draft, remembering we are already bringing in Dean next year who is a good kick and Jagga will play also so we dont necessarily have to draft one with the TDK compo.
But if we want to Lindsay is our man.
They're their (there?). They always are. It's a bit of a media beat up imo that this draft is shallow.Which kickers are available late in this draft? I could barely name 5 genuinely good kicks I've seen in this years crop let alone ones that will go late.
Would probably need multiple additional picksJacob Farrow is the elite kick I’d like us to try and get in the second round but we’d need an additional pick
We largely think in the short term even when we are rebuilding, that's half our problem. Draft kids who won't be ready to have a major impact until at least their third season but we need them 'NOW'. Wait until Charlie malfunctions and Lemmey fails to develop until we find more tall forward options, only then it's too late like it always is.I get what youre saying but its a slippery slope. We dont want to make decisions based on the next 2 years, rather the next 10.

I'm confused isn't the Lions 2nd rounder our first pick in the draft? If they finish 1st or 2nd thats a pick in the mid-30s at best?So we'll probably pick at around 8-12 and I suspect Lindsay will be off the board. Lachy Dovaston is shooting up draft boards and is now the best small forward in the draft. Plays a similar game to Nick Watson, bags of goals and elite tackling pressure. I wonder if we just take the best small forward available and fix the headache we've had for a few seasons?
TDK compensation is how we end up with 8-12I'm confused isn't the Lions 2nd rounder our first pick in the draft? If they finish 1st or 2nd thats a pick in the mid-30s at best?
AaahTDK compensation is how we end up with 8-12
We can match the Geelong offer as they will not offer anything near the $1.7m from St Kilda, as Geelong's offer is likely to be similar to our offer, may need a third club involved to accept a offer from Geelong as pick 15 in this draft is not worth much.Aaah
I think its more likely to be pick 15 from Geelong.....
