Payid is not a paypal address, it's a bank transfer function, used often instead of using bsb and acct number — a simplified way

Dagless i sent you your prize money. Seems this UP online bank I'm using does allow me to send money directly to people whove previously sent me a payment — as long as their bank details were used initially when sending to me. A lot of people in Empire are enabled for this, but a few people are grayed out, where I need their bank details to send them money.
