They should have picked him last week.
I'm fairly new to AFL Fantasy Draft. I have Luke Jackson and am wanting to select an injury replacement player for him. Jackson is not yet coming up as injured. Am I missing something or do they wait until the teams are selected before designating players as injured?

Injury icon is always a bit buggy and is tied to an injury list released by Champion Data (different from the AFL Injury list). I wouldn't pay attention to it.
Just look up news regarding his injury directly and wait until teams. If he's not selected he'll then be marked as a red dot once teams are settled.

He's a season killer, every year. Wouldn't go near him even at rookie price.Tom Stewart out with Gastro
At round 5, he's either been out injured/sick or had some sort of concerning knock or niggle in every game this year. Great player but he'd be responsible for a lot of anxiety in the fantasy community.

Zac Fisher will miss North Melbourne's Round 7 bout with Port Adelaide, but Jackson Archer is on the verge of a return to action
"Zac's scan showed very minimal disruption and his strength and function is at a high level at this early stage, which is great," North Melbourne head of performance Kevin White said.
"Given his injury history and interruptions across pre-season, we will hold Zac out from selection this week and enable a full recovery in preparation for next week."
