All become viable options, now that R3 doesn't have these players. It also makes it infinitely easier to select Swans and Pies players, because people will probably only have max 1 or 2 in their side now. Roberts was close to a lock, with Perryman being the other choice (given lack of defensive options)

Will depend. I still think he'll get the game time, even if it's not in his preferred role and shunted to a wing. He's ahead of a lot of others, and priced at around 40, so an extra 100K for JS, makes him a decent shout.
Had 38 disposals and 10 tackles for a 223 SC score (would have been 150+ in Fantasy) in the VFL Semi Final last year, so he definitely has the ability to score

If the Lions v Cats game is cancelled and played in bye round what are the chances that AF can actually reverse everything and have those guys count that week? Years of incompetence would suggest it may be a struggle.

In theory it should be a simple database change where they add the Brisbane Geelong game to rd3 and remove from rd 0. Depends how well the app was designed but if done well there should be zero code changes and could be done in a matter of minutes

So Brisbane, Geelong, Essendon and Gold Coast players all of a sudden a bit more pickable.
Same with Collingwood and Sydney.
So we’ve got close to an old school season start.
Tempted to make some changes as now those teams are byeless
Holmes comes in now. Not sure about anyone else yet.

Do the AFL just scrap OR now ?
1. Nobody seems to like it (forgetting Fantasy for a moment, regular footy fans dont seem to rate it)
2. Only 2 games in NSW, both of which will likely be wet (won't attract a huge crowd)

GC and Essendon might still have their early bye, but without the opening round sneak peek.
