Highest averaging MID over the last 3 weeks of the season.. i dont have Bont and thinking its probably him, but keen on anyone else's thoughts.

FOS it's been 21 weeks but it's finally time to go. And with that I only have 4 original players that haven't left my side since Round 1 (Sheez, Trac, Sniff... and Harry Boyd lol). Macrae a 5th but he's been traded out and back in.

Getting Holmes in this week.
Who goes for him?
Zerrett, Rozee, McCarthy or Mills?

Im holding Steele. Just read an article on AFL that yes, he has been nursing a neck injury. And the plan was to rest him but not for a full game. Because the Boss wants him to have a good 200th against the Tigers. Good chance he bounces back huge.

Long winded whinge:

Would love to upgrade Merrett or Green to Bont or possibly Dunks etc, but Im one of those people who fell for the Teakle trick. It would have worked perfectly if

a) I had the week off and won my league final last week.
b) I didn’t make so many poor trades that I need to rectify.

4 weeks ago I put in Merrett and Green, 2 weeks ago it was Steele. The only half decent trade i made since the byes was Curtin last week cos he performed to his price, has good matchups left, and pocketed me with extra cash. Im holding Steele but would love to change Green Merrett Mcarthy Tracca etc.

After cashing out on a bench player I can now turn Teakle in to any forward or Mid that’s 966k or less. I have a long list of suitors I would love to narrow down:

Fwds:
Luke Jackson
Mannagh
J Cameron
Sam Darcy
Macrae (doubtful)

Mids:
Fiorini
Butters
McLuggage
Libba
Laird
McKercher

Not a fan of my options. Mcluggage underperforming, can’t trust Fiorini can I? People are jumping off Butters i dont know why but it’s putting me off him.

I have Holmes Sniff and Miers, is it really worth going for Mannagh or Cameron? At least I can pocket a little cash with them and next week upgrade Green/Merret etc.

Im so damn lost lol.

Jackson probably the safest option in forwards. Cameron would be my 2nd pick with the 100 chase on and Bombers and Eagles to come but may struggle against the Swans next week.
Of the mids it's probably Butters or McCluggage. I don't love Brisbane's run home and with Butters the only real worry is the carlton game next week. I expect him to bounce back after having his pants pulled down on Sunday

Where to from here
$6k in bank, G.Stevens UTL

Butters, Green and Libba all warrant a trade out, but all have "easy" runs home.
Darcy could go, but to who ?
Solid team. I'd probably cash in May and do Green or Libba to Rowell.

Between Bont, Rowell and Dawson IMO.

kk down to these two options i think.

1: Merrett & Butters to Whitfield & Ash, & use McCarthy as bench loop with Rozee
or
2: McCarthy & May to Whitfield & $230k rook & loop Butters & Merrett
I’d do 2. Will be loopable R22/23 & round 24 the Suns & Bombers likely get Thur/Fri slot.
Whitfield & Ash have a good run though but McCarthys run is tough.

Yeah second option gets more cash onto the field and the loop with 2 "premos" is nice but both could be tagged any given week which sucks (butters with Windhager and Merrett v Carlton are possible tags). Can obviously get Ash the week after but not sure ill be trading Mckercher at all unless theirs a role change.

Washcroft probably takes his CBAs you think
Neale's averaging 82%. All 3 probably get a bump but you're right, Washcroft probably benefits the most

1.6m trading out Teakle/Hall

Able to swing Macrae FWD so need a mid and a fwd, any suggestions?

MID is currently:
Naicos
Dawson
Steele
Bont
Butters
Sheez
Holmes

FWD:
Kennedy
JCameron
Darcy
Smith

10k off Miers, so weighing up Kennedy Jez and mannagh
90, 118, 83, 144, 88, 94.
That's mannaghs scores if Miers didn't play or played mid for the game

I'm playing for the last 2 rounds as that's my cash league finals. I don't love that Jez is parking deep fwd to get his goals so even 5-6 goals could be a sub 90
Kennedy's score scared me off a bit this weekend with that tog. Thoughts?
I picked up Mannagh 2 weeks ago. Was cheap and has made me a bit of cash. Can't complain.

Rhys Stanley anyone this week? Goldstein is having problem running out games. And Essendon right now are at the bare bones of ruck and have conceded big since their talls have gone down.\

Not for me. Only four rucks I'd consider trading in are Grundy / Marshall / Gawn / English

There's no trade I can make which feels like an obvious upgrade, so might get Dale as a 23rd premium

best option?
1. Miers and Cameron (234k itb)
2. Dunks and miers (15k itb)
3. Dunks and Cameron (123k itb)
