I thought it was a good speech, comes accross as pretty genuine even if not incredibly inspirational. Prefer that over something that sounds like it was scripted for a sports movie.

I actually don't think Dimma was that great of a speaker, he used to stumble over words a lot as well, forget sayings etc. People just perceived him as being better than he was because of our success. Not saying he was bad, but not as good as people think.

His strength was he was able to get the players to buy in to what he was saying (if Yze can do this, who cares if he isn't a good speaker), but he wasn't the greatest speaker imo
