Why can't Sharman and Caminiti make those numbers famous?

Imagine Hammer plays for a decade, kicks 400-500 goals, maybe a few BnF podiums and a Bobby Hill style GF bag? The #47 would become the stuff of legend.

One of our very best wore 35 for most of his 383 games and Milne wore 44

I assume Phillipou was offered 2,4,5 and is happy in 25? Because he supposedly wanted 2 when drafted but was denied.
