Spot on. 1 year out of 4 you could consider a pass mark for the club.

Voss hasn't been able to develop a gameplan for what I think is a top 4 list.

The next major issue is now half the top tier players are passed their best anyway.

Cripps, Acres, Mcgovern, Doc all should be out the door with him. Weak leadership.
