We are more likely to get 2 new recruits (non- draftees) in than the 6 or 7 or 8 players I’ve seen suggested in posts. That’s not a knock on anyone, just that the likelihood of 30% of the list being made up of new players is very low.

So we could arguably lose Harry and TDK for 2026. A first round compo for TDK but with 1.1-1-2 million spare for a free agent in the future. I’d be happy with an aging star in the meantime on a salary dump.

Then Harry would be worth two first rounders. Maybe both inside 10. This will also free up about 900k.

What could eventuate is Harry leaving allowing us to keep TDK with a small price increase. This gets us 2 firsts for a list refresh. And a front loaded contract for TDK.

Jagga plus 2 firsts in the side for 2026 with a loss of Harry which has proven pretty nominal in 2025.
