2025 List Management Discussion - Part 4

Now that our season is over, and news is starting to break - it's time for a fresh thread.

This thread is to discuss all things list management - trades, draft, free agency, delistings and more.
As we are now officially in our off-season, we'll be wanting to keep this thread more strictly on-topic than the previous iterations.
Be respectful. You are allowed to disagree with someone - but play the ball, not the man. Repeat offenders will have their posting rights revoked.

2025 KEY DATES
Free Agency Period: Friday, October 3rd - Friday, October 10th
Trade Period: Monday, October 6th - Wednesday, October 15th
AFL Draft: Wednesday, November 19th - Thursday, November 20th

Campigli has a contract offer from the Saints VFL team

As do Lachie Voss and Bailey McKenzie (who we saw training with the Saints squad a month or two ago)

There's also a small whisper that Jack Carroll actually signed a 2-year deal with us so would be contracted for next year but I don't know if that's true or not (could be completely made up but just wanted to put it out there if anyone knows anything)

Lachie Voss is getting alot of attention from other clubs. Considering the low depth of this draft, I would imagine another team will take a punt on him if we don't take him in the draft.

I am comfortable if Marshall stays or goes, as long as we get overs.

Hopefully we are getting SDK and some of Tom's salary is actually to be passed on to his brother.

Dodson's form in the back end of the year was pretty impressive. Give him another pre season and I think he will be a pretty handy back up event his age.

My worry about Geelong. They have a great system utilising their players strengths. They have few out and out superstars. Lots of their ensemble players were terribly exposed on the weekend.
Feel you are correct and out of that system many would be just b grade gops.

I’m starting to think if any of these Roma stories are true (had NO idea TDK was coming, now this) he might actually be dumber than he looks, and the big fella has a single digit IQ lid on him.
