Was taken in the teens and hasn't got into the stacked midfield and only finds limited game time in their fwd line with Long, Humphrey and Ainsworth and behind Budarick.

Would be a cheaper alternative to Flanders and could immediately play HFF for us in a Motlop type role.

We'll likely get him as a DFA so won't cost anything except for base salary. And here's the kicker...if we rookie list him, his base salary is outside of the cap, so will cost nothing in draft picks or salary.

No idea where Carlton will end up next season ... interesting times.

Best to give the pot a good stir than just a few tweaks and she'll be right mate.

I remember SOS’s interview on classified years ago as our list manager. He said it’s easy to make a team to get to finals. It’s harder and longer to get to a team that can regularly sit in the window.

Look what’s doing now. Selling the farm to just make it hoping that the kids they have will cut it (doubtful) and the top ups will be enough. In two years Ross and SOS will be gone imo as NWM realises they aren’t the club he wants.

Great talent but struggled with injury his whole career. We aren't in Geelongs position where we can back these guys and let them prep for a prelim. Not saying it's impossible but unlikely given our recent stance on durable players
