Ah that's a shame. It’s a long story involving some pretty bad illegal **** that I won’t go into here.
The guy that ran the “memes” side to the page had to go. Pulled a Jacko and cut him off.
Sorry about the lack of memes and podcast stuff tho - Freo Hub is great for the social media stuff and I’m a huge fan of the Restump if you need a pod.
Thanks for the support legend x
Club should go into bat for the young fella. Or direct him in the right direction.I spent about 6 months and a few hundred dollars in legal fees to try and figure out who this guy is and how to stop him a few years back.
I personally couldn’t do anything, but some of his posts are edging towards defamation - he needs to be very careful.

I agree with your first sentence 100%.Are we actually thinking a personal issue in March means he’s out the door by October despite being contracted until 2029?
If Rory Lobb couldn’t break his contract, why do we all think they’ll let Jackson go?
I think there is an absolute weapon possibly available for the right amount of coin that we can't afford otherwise and the club would have to very much consider pulling the trigger if requested. Are we actually thinking a personal issue in March means he’s out the door by October despite being contracted until 2029?

Still plenty of time for him to sign 2 years with SydneyI think there is an absolute weapon possibly available for the right amount of coin that we can't afford otherwise and the club would have to very much consider pulling the trigger if requested.

I'd be disappointed in the club if they are willing to just part ways because it is complicated. They should be supporting Luke and Kelsey every possible way they can. And perhaps that starts with legal action against flogmantle on FB (and anyone else overstepping the line) to show they've got the player's backs in these situations. Family matters need to be kept private and not play out in public. C'mon Freo, time to step up and show that your commitment to player welfare matches what you want us to think it is.Well sounds like he's gone. Best we can hope for now is that the Club protects him from as much of the bullshit as possible, he does his best on the field, then we all part ways amicably at the end. **** that Flagmantle page and problematic family though.
There is always something you can do it just depends on whether you are willing to spend the $s. Threatening letters are bread and butter for litigation lawyers. Most things can get resolved without any formal action being required. As big of a flog as he is, I don’t think there’s any action at all that can be taken against the page.
Don't think we expected that the guy who we lured home to be closer to his friends and family would then cut off said friends and familyGee I mean when we signed him, who would have thought he'd be a massive bogan?
I actually wouldn't go against the Club holding firm to the contract at least for another year but overall if the situation doesn't improve or gets worse then it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world to let him go back. We can still be pricks at the trade table and use the collateral to get Kozzie and Warner.I'd be disappointed in the club if they are willing to just part ways because it is complicated. Also might be time to bring in the girls from Optics to help with a Peter Bell special project?
Oh, and if anyone knows a good witch doctor, shaman, wise wo/man, or perhaps priest that does exorcisms? Yeah, I know this footy club…Far out, my family is a complete mess and it’s spread all over facebook, but… nobody cares because we’re nobodies.
Poor bloody Dogga, hope he’s ok. Or playing angry perhaps![]()
I haven’t seen it, but that page sounds horrendous. Sounds very much like something lawyers need to get involved in.There is always something you can do it just depends on whether you are willing to spend the $s. edit - after having read it now, they'd definitely have a case for defamation if they wanted to pursue it. They'd represent Kelsey not Luke though because she is the one being defamed in a one-sided story posted online (it goes beyond what the media has published so he can't hide behind that like he thinks he can). Him picking and choosing which comments to delete is only strengthening the case against him.
If they are not aware of the page they should all be sacked in the morning.I haven’t seen it, but that page sounds horrendous. Sounds very much like something lawyers need to get involved in.
Has anyone here sent the details of it to the club (particularly those posters with some club connections) just on the off chance they are not aware of the page?
Thats what I think too. They might aswell move up to Joondalup or down the coast far enough to get away from it all, as opposed to going to Melbourne.I don't think cutting off family necessarily means he's moving, I don't think moving across the country would solve any of the drama.
