Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
People need to chill a lot moreYou need to let the whole “Bobby hill” thing go bro.
We ain’t going after him.
Darcy jones is the one we should be all over
Think OOC 26’
I think that is just mathsReally weird that somehow the age average of the list will get even younger if Walters, Brodie Fyfe, JOM, Aish leave/retire.

Why are we delisting Reidy? He’s now our number 1 ruck reserve and playing good WAFL footy. Not sure there is much more he can do unless he gets a good run in the seniors and is hopeless. We would also need to trade in cover if we did assume our new ruck is going to take awhile.Taking Bolton, drafting Reid and Nicholls and Carr has set us up for a really interesting 2025 trade and draft period.
We currently have a first, second and two thirds to play with from 2025, all picks for 2026 and 2027
Possible trades: Chad Warner, Kozzie Pickett
Possible NGA players: Toby Whan and Basil Hart. What sort of players are they?
Possible delisting/retirements: Michael Walters, Nat Fyfe, Aish, Jones, Reidy, Worner and then do we look further at O’Meara, Brodie for early pay outs.
Chrystal ball: 2026, how good is Robinson? If he projects as top a 10 bull mid, does that affect a trade for Warner? Does it shift the focus to Pickett
Yep for me:People need to chill a lot more
I was just posting wa players who are out of contract who suits our needs.
Yes Darcy Jones would be great.

I'll add Narkle to potential delistings. He's awful and I'm not sure why we're bothering with him.Taking Bolton, drafting Reid and Nicholls and Carr has set us up for a really interesting 2025 trade and draft period.

There is already a huge competition for spots and its bad idea getting another foot soldier.Yep for me:
Pickett and if he isn’t available hit up Darcy Jones.
Warner seems likely to be heading to WC. Still worth having a crack but the cost seems likely to be in the Tim Kelly sell the farm range.
I’m a big Jones fan and believe he compliments our forward line needs.
I said Pickett was number one target. There is already a huge competition for spots and its bad idea getting another foot soldier.
Warner and Pickett are upgrades and should be the targets.
Needs to average 1.5 goals a game and 6 score involvements to consider as a good upgrade.I said Pickett was number one target.
Also my opinion only but Jones is no foot soldier. He is about to explode. His agility and speed is top end. Didn’t he break Stephen Hill’s long standing agility record. Also like 2.7 secs for 10m. Plus played some very good football. I remember Walls loving him in his draft year. Banfield, Wagner, Aish, JOM and a few others I would call foot soldiers. Not Darcy Jones. His last season reminds me of Bolton just before he exploded into top tier player.

I’d say their is a bigger chance he does a Meek and requests a trade.
There is also no chance we lose every senior player we have in one offseason with early payouts. They will want to keep JOM with Fyfe & Walters are retiring. I recon they would sign Aish as depth too if the price is right.
Forgot names, but here is info. Can someone share a list of all our new draftees, and their preferred positions. I have been out of the loop last few days.

Haha yeah I know. Just you’d think after 2018-2022 the average age would be higher. But those 4 go and it’s again like an inexperienced sideI think that is just maths![]()
Wouldn’t be surprised if Erasmus asks for a trade. There’ll be players leaving like on years past to try and nab Warner and Pickett, somehowSo what I'm hearing is we're bringing in Warner and Pickett for pick 63.
Not really, Bolton is 26 so only 6 years younger than Walters, Brodie isn’t getting a game anyway, Fyfe and JOM are early 30’s so not dragging our average up too much, the extra year into the rest of the 22 nearly balances out the loss of those 4. If we replaced Fyfe with Reid it’d bring the average down a lot, but likely to be Ras or NOD who have both been in the system for 4 years in 2025.Haha yeah I know. Average stat is a pretty crude stat. Outliners can really change the average. Not really, Bolton is 26 so only 6 years younger than Walters, Brodie isn’t getting a game anyway, Fyfe and JOM are early 30’s so not dragging our average up too much, the extra year into the rest of the 22 nearly balances out the loss of those 4. Big difference between list average and B23 average as well.Average stat is a pretty crude stat. Outliners can really change the average.
For me as long as the majority are 22-28 years old in the best 25 works me.
Mode, and Median of the best 23 is other measures that adds to the picture. Also, considering outliners is important.Big difference between list average and B23 average as well.

You make a great point. The average age of your top 5 players is a lot better stat I think.
If all your A graders are 30 plus you are in trouble. If they are all 26 and under, then you should improve over the next 5 years.
Point of order mr speaker: Bolton is actually 8 years younger than Walters. Not really, Bolton is 26 so only 6 years younger than Walters, Brodie isn’t getting a game anyway, Fyfe and JOM are early 30’s so not dragging our average up too much, the extra year into the rest of the 22 nearly balances out the loss of those 4. Is Walters 34 already!Point of order mr speaker: Bolton is actually 8 years younger than Walters.
I’d say another week. He headed to hospital if I remember Wed late afternoon (13/11) and reportedly in hospital for up to a couple of weeks.Any news on Jones?
