It won't make a difference to our age because none of them played this year anyway. (Squad will be younger but game day team age won't change)It feels like the never ending story, we will lose Fyfe, Walters and Aish from the squad next year and will role out with the least experienced team again next year.
CSA client too they’ve always burned us when they come home

This guy loves racking them and has family issues. You can carry that type of player at Collingwood but not at Freo. Unless we get him cheap that is a powder keg ready to explode. If the rumours are true a highly incentivised contract might do the trick.
Gameday should age a bit, especially when we get the Bont (I'm dreaming). It won't make a difference to our age because none of them played this year anyway. (Squad will be younger but game day team age won't change)
WC traded pick 3 for Owies + change so you can't blame them for trying.Going to be painful listening to what the Pies supporters think he is worth in a trade. Quick glance at their board ... "use Hill to get pick 2 from WC and then get Butters" ... "Hill + F1 + 2nd for Harley Reid" ... "Same as Bolton deal" ... "pick 13 + 19 from WC". Good grief.

And at the end of the day it’s bothSome people are running with drugs and others are adamant it's not drugs but it's infidelity

What's kind of bizarre is that Owies was about to be delisted or re-sign for peanuts (probably ending in a delisting). Not really sure how to look at the trade to work out how much of pick 3 Owies was but it'd be **** all compared to Baker.
Has Acres changed his manager?Im liking the look of Judd McVee as a solid recruit with high upside. He is class with ball in hand and has pace which are attributes we need more of. His 2025 form has been badly effected by a hamstring injury but coming into the year I would have expected a jump in his production. In 2023 he played a series of games mostly off the wing and looked super promising in that role. He spent his junior career playing as a midfielder so I think that we would look at him as a wing prospect who can also play back. He can also play as a lock down defender as he has in recent times and we need depth there Id trade our second rounder outright or Erasmus and our second rounder for McVee and the Brisbane 3rd rounder Melbourne hold for him. I dont think Whan will require a top 20 bid so I think we would be able to bid match any bid with our two third rounders (who will move up the draft due to live bidding)
I think he has similarities with Jordan Clark's years at Geelong in terms of he has shown immense promise but hasnt put everything together yet and I think he'd have massive upside with his best position as a defensive wingmen.
For what its worth we've been linked to Acres returning to us us in recent times. I wouldnt be totally against a cheap trade of a 4th rounder. His best footy is very good in my opinion and if Carlton are going into rebuild mode they'd want his salary off the books.

I wonder if we'd go for him? Always played well in finals and Treacy's hands are so good he could probably handle it coming in with snow on it.
Recon WC might have a dip. They have no one to pay so could offer him good money and are desperate for more experience.
Carlton are probably paying him 500-600K a season now anyway. Signed an extension in June last year when he was flying after the finals series. Cha Ching.
Who gets rested from the reserves team?
He must be injured surely? Even Acres isn't so bad as to be dropped from VFL level.
