I sort of agree but there are still thow ins for the isnide 50s, spoils between the arcs. Last touch is really only for kicks right?

I don't like the rule especially with 5 on the interchange and no increase in the bench. More players will get injured but i guess more players will "rest forward"

It's actually the opposite. With the last touch rule it will always be a free kick when the ball is kicked/handballed/tapped out of bounds (not up to the umpire to decide if it was sufficient intent to keep it in or not).

I thought it had to be a disposal. Eg a spoil or fumble isn't a free kick but a throw in.
