Lyon is functioning as head of footy, so he's king of the castle and trying to save his career
Flanders and tdk is healthy. Losing Marshall is not.
Shouldn’t you be in bed?Love coming back from a week off and seeing that people on here we're graduating before I was even born, definitely don't feel young at all here....
Serong and McVee are great pickups in my opinion, keen to see both of them hopefully at the club.

On behalf of 2019 graduates I must say our bedtime is 8:30pm thank you very much.Shouldn’t you be in bed?![]()
Saint Kilda have chosen to put their short term future on trading players in rather than trying to improve via the draft. They are going all in too, no messing about.
I think this is the direction the competition is going to follow with such a compromised first round of the draft as we currently have.
Just why the AFL are letting the opportunity for clubs to rebuild via the draft weaken is baffling. The Richmond method of 2024 versus the Saints 2025 shopping expedition should give a reasonable example of each method as the future seasons unfold.
The Saints need this to work for them or they will be back in the doldrums in 3 to 4 years.
If we come out of the trade period with both Serong and McVee, retain our first rounder this year and next, while only losing Reidy and Brodie. You have to be happy about that.
Some of the folk on here had grandkids before you were born!Love coming back from a week off and seeing that people on here we're graduating before I was even born, definitely don't feel young at all here....

And up the road that’s enough to split p3 and drop back to p12Surely the journalist union lobbies for Jai to come here over the Swans? Way too many puns to pass up.
A 30 goal season will get you delisted around these parts.
West Coast gonna move up to pick 6, damn
22 and 16 the start of the deal apparentlyHow ?
22 and 16 the start of the deal apparently
its on inside trading
Their second rounder would be the alternative i.e. the very next pickThank Christ they aren’t trading their end of first rounder for Starcevich and Robertsen. Brisbane have enough advantages.
Likely gonna be the pick after anyway lolThank Christ they aren’t trading their end of first rounder for Starcevich and Robertsen. Brisbane have enough advantages.
Think we'll need future picks to move up even a couple of spots tbh.If West Coast do trade that to GC, then that pick will be on the board for points on draft night
Don't think we will have enough to poach it unfortunately (after McVee)
Pick 7 becomes pick 8 which probably helps despite all picks being pushed back. But that trade isnt enough points for the pick...
Did say start of the dealBut that trade isnt enough points for the pick...
Can't really put these scenarios together until middle of next week IMO.When you factor in the Allen pick then those 2 are only 10 points off too
Then if its 7 (8) instead the GC are in the green + GC can get the guarantee no bids top 2 from WC like Brissy will (unofficially)
Then ofc GC can further flip those 2x picks on draft night
So many possibilities when you keep looking into it lol
