There has been some aggro from publishers of articles in recent months about sites that copypasta their content onto other sites, particularly the paywalled ones, which could lead to fines and whanot for those that do it. Apparently there are copywrite laws for these things. As a result we can no longer have full articles reposted here, so if you come across something then please refrain from nabbing the whole thing and just post the link. Quoting a paragraph or two and linking the source is fine however, just don't get greedy.

Here's an example of what you can do:

Just got home from a function where Peter Bell and Dale Alcock were guest speakers.

Belly basically told his life story from being adopted out of Korea, growing up as the only Asian kid in Kojonup, playing footy to fit in, and then his birth mother identifying him years later within an hour of being told he was an AFL footballer (google searched 'Korean AFL player' and got 1 hit).

It is an extremely captivating story which helped me understand why he is the way he is, and why he strives to be a high achiever.

Somehwere in the back of my aging mind, I remembered that I had a book on the history of WA football from 1868 until 2003.
It tells it all.
I looked through the book untill coming across the birth of the Dockers and the troubles.We all know that.
I have sent him the pages of the book, if he is game enough to find the book and read it.The road blocks, the changes to our concessions,the fact that the WAFC had put people on the FFCboard to spy and report to the WAFC.The concessional picks, with restrictions.The list goes on.
But gee, after re reading this , the first time was a long time ago, it still makes me proud to be a Dockers man.

Connolly was a schill for the Vics who had such a good squad they started winning games despite him. Imagine if a proper coach had had the players Cuddles did. We'd have at least one flag on the board.

Special shoutout to the late Matt Price who got what it is like to be a Dockers supporter.

I have a signed copy of this book "Way To Go" as one of my prized possessions.

When Dockery things happen I often think what Matt would have written about it.

He was a talented journalist and a mad passionate Dockers man.

Anyone who hasn't read it I would suggest trying to get a copy out of your Library.

He may have been a jack of all trades,and master of none. But he had one hell of a job. And all that under the watchful eyes of the WAFC.We had a snitch in the club for many years.That is why we could never have anything kept secret. That is why the West and other media, were shirty when the word never got out about the signing of Lyon.They hated Fremantle for that. Did then and still do.

I just can’t and won’t listen or watch any footy shows this weekend. The smug haters of Freo, that had to give them some respect because of their recent record - albeit through gritted teeth - will be unleashed. The smugness, statements about not being able to trust Freo, they failed on the big stage, they’ve won nothing etc etc will come out.
