As a social member I'm guaranteed a GA seat but have to go through this process for my free premium seat

Same for me... im just trying to claim my round 10 tickets.

I had to use my samsung phone for ticketmaster, as the laptop browser kept going in circles. So have got my round 1 replacement games.

I don't think I need to do anything else, as a reserved ticket holder for home games.

Exactly the same thing for me, the little wheel has been turning for 39 minutes now, tried signing out / signing in multiple times, nothing changes it's infuriating.

Yeah I'm on my Samsung phone and had no issues. I can't get to round 1 cos Im playing cricket but tried my luck and got straight through, didn't claim it though.

As an aside to the ticket drama, I'm aware of some changes to prem club seating that have just been implemented for the season ahead and have impacted a family friend. For those interested, the top of bay 34 will return to be a "reserved bay", while the members who previously held reserved seats in those bays with be moved to front of Bay 35. I believe that AFL members will now have access to a new area in Bay 26, though those details im a little less clear on at this stage. My understanding is that there is no further change on the horizon of structure and seating plan when we get the extra two home games next year. Whether or not it will cost more is unclear, though likely imo.

Have to reset password even though can log in fine. Then click on member and go around in circles. Great value for our money from the club - and IDGAF if it is Ticketmaster, we're the club selling games and relying on them.

How a company whose entire purpose is to sell tickets can't have a functioning system after so many years is beyond me.

Not super easy entering 6 different barcodes on a phone...

BTW it would be super useful if you could SAVE THESE BARCODES somewhere in your ticketmaster account so you don't have to constantly re enter them.

Finally worked on phone browser for me.
Awful system.
Unfriendly to user.
Slow.
Annoying every year.
I considered giving up on football and taking up another sport half way through.
Get stuffed AFL.

BTW piece de la resistance is these clowns trying to get me to donate to a charity to improve their corporate image after providing useless service. How about no.

I feel for the club in this instance as it's the AFL and Ticketmasters stuff up, but feel more for nmfc/club members who have to go through this BS every freakin year.
