Just wanting to clarify, given some people are talking about seat allocation for the Pies game. I have a GA membership, will I be able to walk in on the night? Or do members have to book a seat?
As long as GA doesn't hit capacity before you turn up
I don't think there's been any announcement of it being a ticketed game

Can people see their tickets for this weekend in My Digital Card on the app ?
I’m logged into my Dogs and Ticketmaster accounts but get a “Something went wrong” message. It’s been like that for a few days.

I can see all my other concert and sports tickets in my normal Ticketmaster a/c.

It doesn’t really matter at the moment as we have our members cards, but could be an issue for some people on the night.
Same issue here - and I don't have the physical card. I jumped onto the laptop to use the web version. You can see the allocation there, but, not the actual ticket. The 'print' ticket is greyed out. Anyone else having this issue? Hoping to avoid calling the club... as excellent as the staff might be.

Hi, I wrote to the club and all they did was send me the club's Digital Membership Card page with a link to the app store and instructions from there. Didn't address my actual question.

I already had the app so this was useless. I was already logged into both my Western Bulldogs and Ticketmaster a/cs and as you also found got the Something went wrong message.

What I decided to do was log out of my Dogs a/c and then log back in which then linked me to my Ticketmaster a/c which I also had to log into. Both used the same password. I think your Ticketmaster password is your Dog's password too now.

Once I completed those actions I can now see my tickets in My Digital Card.

Oh by the way I also had to do this with a North membership, so it's not just a Dog's issue.
I think it's due to the "relationship" between the AFL, Marvel tenants and Ticketmaster.

Might be a challenge for some people.

Technology making your life so much easier
Find your physical card ;)

Thanks Dogs13. Awesome. Tried it. That did the trick. Tbh - I didn't even realise I was logged in (...so didn't think to log out). You'd think a simple instruction: "To refresh your tickets for 2025, make sure you log out and back into the Bulldogs app" would have been an idea.

Hi all, I want to take my son to the Dogs v Pies this Friday - I have a GA membership so looks like I can get in as it's our home game, but looks like there are no GA tickets available online for my son. Any tips or tricks here to nab a kids ticket?! I signed him up for the kids club which comes with a few GA tickets but that hasn't seem to have processed yet.

I always thought that memberships were personal and could only be used by the member, but when I look at my ticket in the Dogs app, there is a 'transfer ticket' button. I haven't tried this and don't know how it works. I'm wondering whether I can get an extra membership and use that button to invite friends and family to games (not always the same person).

Noooo! Don't press it! It will transfer you to being an Essendon FC member. 🤮

That was painful getting tickets through Ticketek. Tried to use 3 of the codes the club sent me but it wouldn't accept them as not all same membership levels. Then got a spinning wheel and couldn't connect with Firefox - worked with Safari.
Rang the club and they were very helpful and sent me some new codes which worked

As this is a home game, do members get access to tickets?

I have a Level 1 Family 6 game membership. Just not sure it gives access to this one.

The Dogs app is rubbish and doesn’t give us anything.

Yes you should have got an email from the club with codes to access tickets, got mine on 6th March. Ring them if you didn't get it

Yep, this has been an issue for several people I know. I get you can't expect level 1 seats in the opening ticket release together if, for example you have 2 reserved seat and two GA memberships. But there has to be a simpler method to allow purchase of seats for different member levels without resorting to the public portion of the sale. It's OUR home game, surely OUR member fulfilment requests are honoured first...??!!

Public seats in the bay next to us were $109 for an adult ticket yesterday 😱
We’re in M50.

Ah, the good old spot market in tickets. On sale now to anyone with a bulging wallet.
Pity the poor workers who just want to follow their team like they've always done.

What a pack of pricks.

I caved and forked out the extra $37 for an allocated seat in the Olympic Stand (Q51). [It's a sign of getting old that I can no longer be arsed rocking up early to secure an unallocated spot with a putrid vantage point.] For all its faults, I think we are generally pretty lucky to play almost all our home games at Docklands.

Btw, I echo the sentiments of others: the club membership staff are excellent to deal with both over the phone and in person.

Better to be sure in a big game like this.
I really don’t like going to the MCG, or leaving the MCG. I ok while I’m there though 😁

Oh, I checked again before and public seats in my bay are $111 now !!

Agree that the membership are usually good, but I got some really shoddy responses to emails the other day. Not addressing the questions, then following up with a nonsense response.

So what’s the deal with tonight. I have a Gold membership and am apparently in the ‘TopDogs’ area tonight…which looks suspiciously like GA. That feels pretty ****ing shit that my great seat has basically been replaced with something that is not the equivalent.

What level are you sitting on? I’m a silver reserved seat at Marvel (Level 1) and I got seats in the M bays on level 1 at the MCG.

I assume since you’re gold which is level 2 seats at Marvel, you’d be getting in the N or P bays (level 2-3 at MCG)?

I’ve just checked and it’s bay N. I have no idea if that’s good or bad. God I hate getting to and from the G on a Friday night. Can’t be arsed already.

You had to book those reserve tickets a few weeks back (free). Might be still able to do it now, check your email, they sent out the instructions.

N is the best level IMO.

Tonight I’m M but sit Q (level 4) frequently and I find the view there pretty good. N will be great.

I’m starting to think whoever is in charge of distributing tickets and promoting links to the ticketing is an amateur.

Firstly the Hawthorn final ticket stuff up. Then last week every Bulldogs advertisement to the 100 year game took you to Ticketmaster instead of Ticketek. I send the club a message on social media, they must’ve seen it or realised the stuff up because it was fixed after that.

And now the promotional links to Carlton tickets on Facebook and Insta do not work. The AFL app link to tickets works perfectly on the other hand.

Since when did a home and away ticket minimum cost $65 at Marvel (for the Carlton game). Hadn't the cheaters all nuked their membership cards?
Home team sets the price. Carlton seems to be more expensive than seats to a Collingwood or Essendon game.

For comparison. Level one seats to Carltons home game this Friday are $100

Level one seats to our next Marvel home game are $63.
