i aint winning 50k as much as im equal 1st atm, so as much as picking a decent sc side, i like to also combine that with players I actually enjoy watching from the various teams and he was one rook we got last yr that fits that

I personally don't see any real upside/value in him.

They have arguably the best opening fixtures. Eagles, Richmond, Saints, Swans (tagged possible or Zorko), Dogs, Pies, Suns. I dunno, can see him dropping 120+ in that first 10 game run, no early bye

Neale plus a $180k rookie could get you 2 good Midpricers who could go up $100k+ and your fielding one less rookie.
There is too many value picks (15-20point avg increase) in the Midfield to pay up early unless he is going to be your perma Captain.
I also can see Neale hitting cruise control if the game is in the bag or out of reach, saving his body for the seasons run home.
I would say starting Zorko is more of a priority than Neale as he will jump on kick-ins and have distribution starts on turnovers.
Pick your poison with them or any 30 plus year old.
I guess it comes down to how you want to get to your version of a finished side.
