Miami DEF showing up so far. If they keep doing so, they are 'only' Tua not throwing INTs away from being a decent team. That seems a big 'only' though.

I haven’t watched much Dolphins this year, but this is just sad to watch. Tua is just unplayable. Maybe nobody is trying to get open downfield but he is a husk of the player he was.

He was never that good. it was just the system when they had cheat motion and better players.

Miami giving him an untradable contract after all his concussion issues and having 1 good season has set the franchise back years.

Even if you think it was predominantly system that was getting it done, he looks like an aging backup QB who can’t process quickly enough. I’m not sure if that’s his skill players and system being worse, his head knocks, poorer coaching or combinations of all three but I can’t see how he plays much from next year onwards.

his ability to read defenses and go through progressions was always a question. its just his noodle arm took most of the heat.

He has a weak arm and plays slow. when they could give him 1 or 2 read timing throws that were out in under 3 seconds it covered up a lot.

His horrible contract is the only reason he is still starting. otherwise he would be holding a clipboard somewhere else.
