Bengals need to score 25+ a game to win, so they need a gunslinger of some sort.
Cousins would be fine as he could get the ball to the big guns and let them do their thing, but Winston would be fun.

as a neutral it would be exciting. With Jameis' turnovers they would need to score 35+

Zac Taylor would have to be on the hot seat at the moment wouldn't he? I would feel more confident in Cousins than Winston if I was him
