Any neutral fans think The Patriots will make the playoffs this season? I think we will just miss out, but it's nice having a decent coach and quarterback again for a change.

Seems like a very even season though, parity has finally reached The NFL like it has in the NBA.
Nobody cares. Sorry.

Didn't see the game; was Allen pretty poor? His stats line suggests yes.

Disappointingly bad today.

Silly flick pass that could’ve been an easy 10 yard first down pick up. Probably would’ve gotten some more yards and a score.

The INTs weren’t good.

We didn’t use Cook nearly enough, and that could’ve freed Josh up to run more and/or get more easy completions.

He struggled and we looked poor on offence.

Panthers beat Atlanta by 30-0, Atlanta beat Buffalo... Panthers superbowl bound.

3-0 at home?

Why wouldn’t you?

Only 1 AFCN team will be in, and NE have a 4th place schedule.

Who cares who the superbowl favourites are. It's mid October, you dont win it in October. It's like when everyone was saying the premiership was Collingwoods to lose in May

It won't be long till a 7 seed win a WC game getting hot late in the season after being called dead right now and with how the league is getting more even again.

You can't win it now but you can hurt your chances by dropping games that cost you home field or seeding.

How often do players or rookies go AWOL mid season like Josh Simmons?

The Chiefs keeping it tight lipped as to why.
It's not common, but players do step away and sometimes the information isn't public. Probably a personal or family matter - and it will likely be left at that.

Totally different to the AFL where we get all sorts of updates and usually it's to deflect from suspicions around illicit drugs (bans and treatment).

The Chiefs saying we don't know when he'll return is pretty concerning.

He's their starting LT which is a bigger hole to fill than most, Max Crosby is licking his lips right now
