How did Parsons reneg on the deal. What because he wanted to bring in his agent to review it before making it official. Where Jerry can't bully a mid 20s football player into a contract.

If anything it's predatory to try and do a contract with a football player without the agent helping them understand it.

I don't think it was ever a money issue, it was a power issue where Jerry wanted to control everything without an agent. They could of easily got the contract done months ago or a higher trade return if Jerry wasn't living out a power fantasy

Caps going to ~$15m a year on average right now. Packers are the youngest team in the league and have many of the players entered already. OL is signed up WR room is on rookie deals and was already unlikely that Doubs or Watson got a 2nd contract anyway so will walk i the offseason. Quay might be the only FA we tender and won't need a big deal, and he is currently 50/50 on being offered a new deal.

Teams finds ways to get 80m in cap space in a week every year. Packers cap will be fine. But it's cute that bears fans are already jumping off their normal offseason champs stuff to caring so much about us already

There was a good chance Kenny Clark would of been cut next March. Some had him a cut candidate this March.

Why are these elite players by position always having to be thst little bit higher than their peers? Crosby gets 35, so Garrett wants 40, so Watt wants 42, so Parsons wants 47.

Same with the QBs and WRs etc. Can this keep going indefinitely?

Thats what that guy in the video i posted was saying....parsons does training camp, and hes very fit and thus performs really well in the first half of a season, but during the season he refuses to train, hates it, just wants to get to the game, and why his play suffers so much back half of the season. Not a good culture guy, a nice guy but selfish, hes not divisive, but hes not a team player, nor a leader

Myles Garrett is better than Parsons and its not even really close.

Myles is graded 11th out of 210 qualifying edges against the run, and yeah TJ is graded 1st out of 210.. but its not like Myles is terrible.

Why I say Myles is best is because he doesnt get the same opportunities to tee off against QBs with the Browns offense being so ass yet still produces sacks each year.
