The AFL are so useless, seems pretty obvious the game should be moved.Make it happen. Will mean massive changes for everyone from a SC perspective if those two teams no longer have an early bye.

The AFL is their wonderful thinking will move GCS and Ess from Saturday evening to Thursday afternoon for a double header due to lack of ticket sales for both games because people aren't keen on swimming to and from the GABBA in the Brisbane river. The AFL are so useless, seems pretty obvious the game should be moved.
Hope so! I want Nick Martin in my team but I'm avoiding the byes. The AFL is their wonderful thinking will move GCS and Ess from Saturday evening to Thursday afternoon for a double header due to lack of ticket sales for both games because people aren't keen on swimming to and from the GABBA in the Brisbane river.
Not being mentioned, think the worst of the weather is expected to be passed by Saturday.Any chance Gold Coast could be postponed?

It becomes a public safety issue.Reckon Dillon goes up there, or will he have some reason not to go to a disaster riddled city but have the game still played?
Money on he staying in his mansion down here.

If people are advised to stay home then how can they expect all the players/official/stadium worker to be at the ground. Not to mention the chance that Geelong get stuck for a few days in Brisbane.
They must be hoping the forecast improves, but you'd think they pull the pin tomorrow if it doesn't.
It should be taken out of the AFL's hands. If there is a stay at home advice by the government, then all public events should be cancelled. The AFL shouldn't have a say.It becomes a public safety issue.

If what is forecast arrives they won't play.He is just doing to save face if he cancels today and the weather does improve.
Going off what the forecast looks like, can't say that public safety alerts will be taken away anytime soon.
Would load up your house morgage on Lions thumping the cats, they will not want to be there.

Most importantly it screws over all us SuperCoachers trying to get our teams assembledThis bloke is the worst ceo we’ve had by a mile. Imagine thinking you’ll announce it on the day. Screw the players, screw the fans, screw the people who travel.
You’d think after Covid it wouldn’t be a hard call to make now.
