All the GWS rookie priced players had lowish TOG.

It is probably part of their performance coaches instructions for markers they have to reach for game time percentage.
Which is quite smart if thats why.

Build them up to 85% in stages.

As D8 and F8 I would expect slow burn players as long as they don’t get dropped before the bubble. Which might happen with returning players from Mad Monday.
