No, they are excellent offensively. They have really good offensive minded players and the skills to match.

Their weakness is their rebound off kick ins and defense in the midfield.

They finished 5th last year. 5th.

They were incredibly lucky GWS were in choking mode and then blessed that Sydney made the Grand Final

The Lions have been perpetual contenders since 2019, so they’re a team we shouldn’t write off.

In saying that, they’ve never been the dominant team in any of the seasons they’ve contended in.

Think they’ll still play finals and bank on previous finals experience.

Best ruck in the game. Darcy Cameron is the value version of Gawn, at least from defensive marking perspective but overall ruck, Gawn is like heads and shoulders above anyone.

I only watched the last 7 or 8 minutes, but he was enormous in that time. Freak.
