Yep. I don’t understand how it works. We finished 9th and played the bottom 3 teams 1x

9th has you playing 2 teams from each third of the ladder twice - we did that. Cats finished 4th and played 3 of the top third, 2 from the middle third and 1 from the bottom third. THe AFL doesn't then try to predict who is going to rise and who is going to fall within those thirds.

Prefer to player a Rankine-less Adelaide in Adelaide, that way if we lose, we hopefully player GWS/Freo (hopefully) in Melbourne the following week, then Geelong (which would have played 1 game in 30 days) at the MCG.

Hawks - Win - and they host a PF. Lose and they might have to play a PF in Adelaide

So anything less than 11 points or so depending on the total scoreline, the Hawks would stay below us.
