2. Participants are given 12 hours to choose a player from the moment the person before them picks otherwise it rolls over to the next person. This has been reduced from 24 hours to keep the draft moving
3. People who have missed their chance can still come back at any time and take their pick at any time provided there are still players available
4. Be courteous, once you have taken your pick message the person after you and let them know it's their pick
5. You can only choose a player from what's available, if you miss out on the player you wanted then make the most of what's left and throw your efforts into being the best damn sponsor for the person you can pick.
6. Once you have selected your player you can't change your mind and pick someone else so please choose wisely
7. As there are more players than sponsors, once everyone has had a selection there will be a secondary draft for those keen to sponsor a second player
8. Latecomers are welcome and should they want to participate they will be added at the end of the list of sponsors for their pick
9. Once you have selected your player feel free to head over to the nest and start posting in your players thread which should already be there. PM me if it isn't and I will create one for you

After several seasons cruelled by repeated hamstring injuries, in 2024 we saw glimpses of this guy's best again.

Now, for the first time in years, he has a full preseason under his belt, and is looking confident in his body again (touch wood). I'm of course talking about our high-flying excitement machine, Liam Ryan.



I'm very intrigued how he will go this year, and under a brand new coach and with a faster gameplan, I am sensing a return to his All-Australian best for Flarn Rarn.

With the first pick on day 2 of the weekday, it has to be Archer Reid.

When the players were talking about who has impressed, Archer was front and centre.

After a fantastic improvement at WAFL in 2024, the tallest on our on our list has had a brilliant off season and starting to more like a man and less like a teenager.

Is he best suited in defence or attack? He needs a mentor him to pass on the message that I got when playing U18. I was an aspiring KPF but my coach would usually start me in defence. His comment was usually "show me some kent or better still, hit that CHF and I will move you forward". It worked.

Sometime us forwards just need some focus and some angry pills.

I am looking to Archer to be pushing Jack Williams all the way for that KPF/Ruck role and perhaps he could jump ahead of the queue for the 2nd KPD role. His competition in defence all have question marks to them

• Jamieson - hell, that means being available and he is ahead of him
• Edwards - more reliable that Callum but Harry can't stay on the park for more than 4 weeks in a row
• Bazzo - probably more in the Edwards camp and unsure whether he is tall enough to play KPD or just 3rd tall
• Brock - nice back story and glad he is there but compared to my boy, he needs to show it in the WAFL first.
• Shanahan - probably the next best option after my boy.
