Yeah, I get that.No criticism of any posters here but just a personal view.
I’m very much looking forward to being able to respond with “and?” to posts of Jamarra at training. I hope the boy gets through his current situation and being at training regularly is the norm.
But the entire point of my going out of my way and briefly dropping in to training today was to get clarification as to whether or not he was actually at the club at all. Because I'd seen media reporting as recently as last weekend that he was still training away from the club.
Where it goes from here. Nobody outside of the club and JUH management knows.
From all reports, every time he's at training he's looked very good and engaged.
This issue is that an AFL environment is more than just turning up for training twice a week for a couple of hours.
Im not privy to what he's doing outside of the few minutes that I saw him out on the track. I have no idea if his contact hours at the club are any different to those of any other player. Be it the main group or those preforming various levels of rehab. Like Adam Treloar who looked ready to go, but was not doing any of the drills that I saw the rest of the group undertake. The same goes for the Bont who afaik wasn't on the ground at all.
But being the positive type that I am. Im going to take what I saw with JUH today as a positive step on his reintroduction to football and in time playing for the club.
