I really can't to us. The big interstate pieces are locked up, and it's just Thilthorpe/Izak, two players who were Adelaide fans as kids. As trade periods continuously show, money really doesn't move the needle to make most players move unless its beyond the pale for the player.

Unless we're slammed up against the cap - and us going for Ah Chee goes against that - we seem well insulated against the incoming Tassie side.

If they do we can seriously ask the questions of Gold Coast to grab 6 or 7 from them for 14 and something else and try and grab Sharp if that's our option and then hope he falls to pick 6. While giving Gold Coast two picks in this drfat to ship off to Melbourne for Petracca.

It's worth a thought but it really comes down to what pick Sharp is going to go at. No point moving up if he is the one we want in an even draft only for him to go higher. Keep in mind there are good players every year so using future picks in a weaker draft doesn't really make sense.
