From memory they have always had ads during all the practice sessions last year as well on Foxtel/Kayo

Yeah its annoying but don't think it has ever included practice or quali sessions (which have always had an ad break between Q1/Q2 etc), only the race.

FWIW it appears that even those watching via Sky F1 (where the Foxtel feed comes from) are also copping all the ad breaks now as well.

Because of the history between the Sainz and Verstappen families. Unfortunately SAI to RBR will never happen while Verstappen (mainly Jos) is still around.

Would've increased their chances of winning the Constructors that's for sure. But he signed with Williams well before Perez was sacked, so not if he could've got out of that contract anyway
