Bearman with a crash. Not surprising, this guy is the next Maldonado.
HAAS having Mazepin/Schumaker flashbacks.

And my word the Britwashing that SKY is doing at the moment for Bearman is out of this world

After years of being a Mercedes fan, because of Lewis. It feels weird now wanting to Ferrari to be good again.
Its pretty common in F1 to follow drivers more than teams

I experienced the same thing in 2007 - was effectively a McLaren fan from when I first started watching in the 90s because of Mika Hakkinen until Kimi moved to Ferrari.

Common unless youre italian.

Motorsport is weird like that. I wouldnt start following someone else if Andrew McLeod got traded back in the day

Oh yeah it’s just always weird.
I was Ferrari for Schumacher.
I was BAR / Mclaren button and Lewis.
Red bull for Webber
Mercedes for Lewis
And now back to Ferrari / Mclaren for Lewis and Oscar 🤣

It’s the only sport I can think of where swapping teams is common.

Why would you ordinarily follow players and not teams in a team sport ??

Asians in particular follow their countries best players from team to team when they are not playing in their home country.

I wouldn't. But that's not the comment I replied to.

NBA is another sport I can think of where people may follow players instead of teams.

Grass and gravel.
Other tracks please take notice. This combination sorts the men from the mice.
Yep, there have to be consequences for going off track should be more of it

You don't watch much sport?

I watch a bunch of different sports. Anything team based though, I pick a team and that’s it, I don’t change. But F1 I’ll follow a driver to whatever team they’re at, which is why I said it’s weird.

Qualifying about to begin.
Can Bearman get the hat trick of red flags?
Interesting hour to come.

Cars ****ed so looks like the answer will be no.

American sport in general they do.

Though they all still have teams
It's more of an NBA thing because rosters are small so turnover is huge and there are no real rivalries besides Lakers vs Celtics.

MLB, NFL, College FB have real rivalries i.e. no way a Red Sox fan would cheer for a Yankee player just because they used to play for them.
