I like the fact Doc stays in the VFL because he has a mountain of experience and the boys in the VFL really need that. Hopefully it will help fast track some youngsters. 2 games Doc in VFL the boys have won both. Winning is good for confidence.

Wondering how you've watched both of these players run on a football field and continued to hold this opinion.

I don't think Lord will spend any time forward at all... there's also 3 forwards named on the bench.

This is important. I know he played well in the VFL but the opposition was rubbish there.

I hope Gov doesn't put in another conditional performance... if he's not 100%, I can't trust him to put his body on the line when need be... I can't even do that when he is 100%...

Pitto for TDK was always going to happen.

I like Boyd + Carroll back in.

We're a much stronger team defensively than we were last year against Sydney.

Newman the only serious quality defender out of the side. In exchange for Haynes, SOS, Saad, and a healthy Weitering given he was subbed out early last time after copping a thigh injury in the first quarter.

Sydney's forward line has really struggled to put scores on the board this year.

Their midfield is going to have to stomp us (again) if they're to win.
