Harry for Young makes more sense. Like for like. Fogarty played pretty well today too. Unless there is an injury I don’t see any need for further changes. We need to make the players in the 2s to actually earn their spot.

I think it’s more about how we play when H is in that worries me…

Without H we seem to lower the eyes and try to make a positive connection inside f50.

I hope we continue playing tge way we did today when H returns also.

It’ll be a very different & contested game against the cats I’d suggest.

Nobody is banging down the door as far as the reserves go, so we’re aligned on that, as far as Fogarty goes if it rains that probably means he will play, otherwise I’d still go Harry in for Fog…

Young played his role well today and was handy against the Dogs… However, if Harry is deemed fit, he walks back in without a second question.
Let’s just not get too crazy about a performance against Norf’s backline..

Boyd in for Ollie the only change I'd like to make, but he was pretty putrid in the VFL today so I wouldn't be making any changes other than H in and Young out (unlucky as I thought he was fantastic today)

Watch the replay. Young had really important moments that set up or assisted in at least 3 goals in the first half when the game was in the balance.

Being there live young left his man many times to get to Curnows man (blocking, shepherding, helping out) and made an impact that will go statless. Harry doesn’t do this for Charlie and Charlie doesn’t do it for Harry. They both could learn a lot from Lewis young

It's nice to know that Young has that sort of game in him. It's good to have him and Pitto in the back pocket.

Fog is the weakest link in that team. But I feel he does a specific job and if he's ticking that box he should stay in.

Until Cinc, Fanta and Cow come back in a month, there isn't anyone else banging down the door in the VFL. Lucas or Ben could come in, but why expose them if we don't need to.

And, I'm sure, Voss wants to reward the effort and keep the team as stable as possible.

The ball movement and transition that the vfl team is working on will help develop both campos. Their kicking got better as the gandd ed wore on. I think both could play afl at sonn m e stage this year but remaining in that squad would be more beneficial currently.

Another interesting point our smalls were much better set up at ball drop.

As well as applying a ton of pressure. Without all swarming onto same same oppo.

There was some clear step changes in yesterday’s game.
