Twas the morning of SuperCoach, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The rookies had been selected by the experts with care,
In hopes that the SuperCoach Gods would be there;
The coaches were nestled all snug in their beds;
While visions of mid price magic danced in our heads;
With value all over and still room in our cap,
We had just settled our teams from our long summer nap,
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters and then came the crash
The moon lit our fears as our dreams all sunk low
We were smacked with reality by the objects below,
Because what to my wondering eyes did appear,
We knew it was coming, carnage was here.

We aren't drama queens here in Melbourne
It will probably rain in Mornington like normal and that's about it...

I would argue it is the direct opposite if it is raining.

Lots of ball ups around the ground and lots of HTA's.

Me after captaining Gawn on the weekend (in before the SC gods bite me in the ass).

I reckon he will have at least a couple of seasons in his career where he goes 115+, and my guess is his first will be this year.

Went 131 average over the first 7 games last year and 116.5 over the first 12.
Something happened rounds 16-20 because both TOG% and CBA% drop during that time, and from round 13-20 there's a clear drop in PPG every subsequent game during that period of time which may mean he was hampered from 13 and not 16 and was progressively getting worse. When both TOG% and CBA% (and PPG) come back up to his usual numbers in the last 4 games of the season he goes 110+ in 3/4 of those games.

He's locked into M1 for me - dream run early and looked a million bucks pre-season. I'm fine with him missing in Round 2 with best 18 - I'm backing him to go at least 110.
