I get the temptation to get X, but in your situation you really need to use the good number of trades and boosts u have to clean out your dead rooks, otherwise u have zero chance of completing the team. You are looking to use all your coin on 1 player and have none for future upgrades.

If u are set on trading TDK I'd prob go down to RoMa to free up 50-60K, then clean out say Stone and another to get up to Phillipou and SEH or another rookie u like. No point in getting X if u can't field a team and have no cash gen

Down to 155K MID/FWD after basically all sub affected scores.

Has played 9 games so shouldn't get dropped anytime soon

TDK was always missing wk 12 but that is a bye week and it will be best 18. So it's not that relevant. Whoever I would bring in would also have a bye at some point. And Marshall's bye is before Max's.

If I don't trade him this week then i get Boyd as 0 lowest score. So I guess the cost is the difference between what TDK's replacement would score, say a Marshall 105, vs my worst score for the round (say Lindsay, my worst rookie, scores a 60). So 45 points. I can wear that. And it let's me do my planned trades this week (Bice,Cerra,Daniel to Reid,Sinclair,Dunks). And it saves me a second ruck trade if I can go TDK straight to Max after Max's bye.

But if TDK misses next week, or more, then it starts looking bad. Marshall has gone up again and Max remains out of reach.

Complicating that is Pittonet coming back. im ditching TDK for Marshall and kicking myself for not turning TDK into Xerri for 30k profit a month ago.

Shitfield a better option than Holmes IMO. Cheapest he’s been all year, very consistent week to week, and will almost certainly be the #1 ranked defender at years end.

I know it's slim pickings with rookies but I see a lot are bringing in SEH. Are ppl not worried about the sub vest? He's copped it 2 out of 4 so far. Are there pivots if he is named sub?
