I did tell you I wanted Dawson last week because of his remaining fixture. He was excellent against the pies, I back him in.

I did warn you that I was giving that opinion with a heavy dose of bias, haha. Still like Dunkley as a pick, but yeah, didn't realise quite how good their run home was.

Have you already got Bolton or is he not in consideration for you?

Cheers – I'm a researcher by trade, so I live in Excel haha.

I see the logic for some, but Bolton's not a consideration for me for a few reasons:

• I don't need another forward (unless Macrae becomes a LTI)
• He scored five in a full game of footy only 2-3 weeks ago and is generally too up and down for my liking
• Can't get another R13 bye player
• He cost me a shot at the $50k in 2021 and is even more of a 'never again' than Fraudson

I hate that Jordan ******* Fraudson is shaping up as potentially the best option for my team. Other main considerations are Heeney, Green and Dunkley. Opinions always welcome.

Thank you for doing all the work for me. My initial feeling was Tom Green so this helps my thinking.
LDU was my other consideration but can’t trade into a bye next week.

On Dawson he has eagles this week but could have 3 tags straight after with swans lions and hawks potentially

Will probably skip Zerrett if Macrae is only 1-2 weeker.

Yes he has a high breakeven but the 130+ points vs Tigs this weekend would be handy!

Supercoach should have a floater where you can bring a player in for 1 round at a time, no trade penalty.

Target Rowell for round 21 and round 21 only.

In general, I'm not a very good forward planner in SC. I haven't really considered bye planning until recently (it will now impact my trade decisions this and next week).

I still have 21 trades and 3 boosts. One reason for this relative conservatism is that I want to be able to do 3 trades (including boost) in Round 24, i.e. SC Grand Final week. I plan to get extra GC and Essendon players, as they have two games that round. Does this strategy make sense?

If you are purely playing for leagues. It is fine to tank a bye week to get the players you want than being stuck on an average pick.

I see a lot of people say "I'm playing for leagues" and I always think, bugger that, I'm playing for the 50K. And I'm looking good for it this year, less than 20,000 places to make up at this point.

Great analysis, there is a mid averaging 118 under priced you could include too. Unless you have him already but he has a terrible bye for you.

Hewett to Simpson currently. Think that's all I'll do I should have cover for JHF and Macrae. Take 200k into next week and probably just grab kiddy and then focus on getting Zerrett and Bont after his bye. Then butters. All coming down in price so it's worked out perfectly.

Kosi Pickett is averaging 96 priced at 458K, much better pick than High-Five Bolton IMO. Bolton has an awful floor.

Not grabbing either but Pickett easily if I had to choose one.
