Backline needs work, but Newcombe is about to be around the sub $520k mark after a single, tag-affected score. Averaging around 110 if you take that Melbourne game out.

He and Serong are potentially solid moneyball type picks that could work our handsomely in the second half of the season. Not super premos, but affordable guns scoring over 100 most weeks.

I still have a gut feeling that Serong goes nuts at some point and starts pumping out 115+ as opposed to the low 100's he's been getting.

Bice will be a trade out for sure.
It will be either
Bice to Rowell
Daniel to Heeney
Or
Bice to Rowell
Cleary to Simpson
Pocket 240k for the following week.
I will only do the second option if Simpson goes well.
Either will leave lash and reid as my only rookies on field. (Including flex)

I might actually hold Bice 1 more week and trade him to Kiddy after his 2nd game. Hopefully Bice dosen't leak to much cash.

I have Stone, Carroll, Hall, Gross, Hustwaite. I have pencilled in a couple of semi downgrade/semi corrections in the early byes. You just have to, otherwise you won't have cash to finish your side. All we need now is some good rookies...

I have all of them minus gross but plus clohesy and campo. Will flog off stone kako and cleary for cash plus Carroll.

I'm considering taking one of Coleman or Bergman as my last def so that I can have enough cash to get bont in the mids. To get bont I think it's worth it.

Flanders looks like he has a bad role but I think Rowell is worth the risk as is Houston if he doesn't get rubbed out.

I'm only selling rookies and a few mid pricers from here, got rid of all those that annoy me Sims coming in next week for White and Coleman for Carroll, TDK for Durdin and Ward Rnd 13, The rookie spuds left can go for a cheap mid season pickup -don't care if they play or not at least you know what your getting, unlike all the rookie spuds to date.
And will just go with what I have, a few trades left for a lunacy or two and some injury's.

Of course that was 10 mins ago, Now I'm thinking of Jumping on the kyri bandwagon and dumping Ward and White or whatever combination of Durdin/M Reid/ White/ Carrol / Ward works (kept the Spuds as they were at least warm bodies, been trying to get rid of the cold dead useless rookies first)

My plan now is to get the 3 remaining rookies off the ground and my targets are:
All sideways trades and actually make some cash.

Bice > Kiddy
Davidson > Pou
Lashcroft > Mills

At the moment I have 17 trades left so will do those 3 trades + 3 rookie downgrades from the bench
HH > Sims
Carroll > ???
Cleary > Noddy

This will leave me 24 experienced players and 11 trades left.
