Worth flicking Roberts to Ash/Holmes this week or waiting to get NWM next week?

I’m flicking Roberts because he’s got the bye next week so he might as well go now, and on current form he’s not really a great D6

All of Ash, Holmes and NWM look like upgrades to me

Looking at the team I think J Martin might be sub first up.

If not starting sub then red vest candidate. Doesn't really matter though, the only score that really matters is the one from his third game and you'd expect his match time to increase if his body holds together.

So Roberts is/was my D6, and I was keen on Caldwell but couldn't justify three trades to get him in.

Now gonna go Roberts > Tom McCarthy

and

Hustwaite > Caldwell.

Then after his bye I will get Mills to be my D6.

If you can afford the premo play with Lindsay then Lindsay as I think Lash has a better scoring output but in saying that shit night in Adelaide and a higher BE so less cash gen even if he gets there.

It'll be the wrong one which ever you chose.

Holmes is a good buy, but probably wouldn't go Bergman with JHF coming back next week.

Not going to make enough cash, not going to be a keeper, so it's an awkward spot.

Agree with Scythe, I like Holmes (got him last week). Bergman very risky at this point. Grab a rookie and save the money for next week?

I'm planning on trading Bice to Bergman but that's only because he looks the best defender option under my cash limit of 388k.

If anyone knows of a better option than him then I'm all ears, Kiddy Coleman was a possible option before he got injured again.

Tossing up between Rowell or Holmes?

R16 bye is ok for me, feels like though Holmes can pull out some quiet scores. Rowell the same but does have the capability to go on a hot streak.

Only need 2-3 non sub impacted games and he makes good money. I Can’t take the risk not to take him with limited cash gen, if all goes well he gets me a better premo down the track.

Had to do a last minute trade update.

After Roberts out my plans to upgrade to Noah fell through.

So had to sideways Roberts > Dale. A small win there for side. At the cost of a trade I didn’t want to use.

Though did have enough coin to also upgrade Bice to Caldwell.
Which would be ok for a M8 or Flex but I want the big guns not the almost there guys.

Also rumours of Pedlar being Sub meant I was going to pass on him.
But with him now starting I need the cash growth.

So a quick 5 minute before the game reverse bringing Flynn back in to trade out on bye and cancelled Caldwell trade to bring in Pedlar.

If he ends up another dead rookie I will be posting puppies for the rest of the season.
