Tough calls. 9 trades but only 30k left.
Need a d6 considering whether it's worth burning 2/3 trades to get Mills in or 2 I wait to get Whitfield once he bottoms out (and hope that some of my rookies have moo'd more by then).
I'd have to do something like sims, hall/Johnson and Gray out and liddy, another rookie and Mills in.

Worth cashing in FOS and Johnson to Mills or waiting a few weeks and upgrading FOS to Whitfield? Any other moves? Need to bring in a 99k fwd for a mid so that I can move Liddy to mid and Petracca to Flex. Or Neale to Darcy? Feels too sideways and chasing points. One of Rankine or Bolton to Darcy? Was planning on upgrading one of those guys to Gawn in a few weeks as my final trade.

I think your team is alright. Better than mine. Do you NEED to do anything this week? Maybe just dead rook Hustwaite to Butler (allows your Liddy and Trac readjustment), then see what happens next. You're essentially down to one rookie on field I think (FOS/McCarthy) which is pretty good. I wouldn't torch more trades yet, I'd hold them for the inevitible disasters which you'll then be able to handle, OR luxury on-field upgrades.

I'm trading Johnson so I can keep AClarke for DEF cover. Particularly as my other DEF bench player Carroll might have dodgy job security

You've already got 8 keeper forwards and 7 keeper mids, weigh up a sideways trade to JHF or Darcy vs potential donuts due to too many season ending injuries at the end of the year. Hustwaite to a 99k forward would allow you to get Trac into flex and should get you enough cash to do FOS to Mills with your 40k in the bank. Given you're going to have a fwd/mid keeper in your mids if you get a 99k fwd/mid dpp you can also use McCarthy/Johnson to cover short term injuries in your forwards via your donut 99k dpp in your forwards swapping with your dpp in the midfield.

Appreciate it, and yeah, leaning Hustwaite to Butler this week and waiting on Whitfield. With the lack of trades I think I’d rather pay an extra 150k for Whitfield over Mills just for the security of knowing exactly what I’m getting.

Not sure I understand the urgency to trade Helmet. Already had his bye, five-round average of 97.8 (11th amongst all forwards), still getting kick-ins and his role appears secure, 11th highest average and 7th highest total points amongst all forwards on the season.

Like, if you were going up to a guaranteed 110+ guy I'd get it, but feels a bit unnecessarily sideways. If you've got trades to burn, I'd probably be bye-flipping somebody instead.
