Is that being pessimistic or realistic ?

So I've sought the aid of professionals to give me that extra spring in my step for Round 8 ...

Surely my bench squatter Tsatas gets a much-needed call-up tonight .....the start of the year, my plan was always to hunt value, not choose Xerri because of that, but get him as a direct swap for TDK who IMO will tire ....trade accomplished in R8, welcome (VC) Xerri

Let's hope the media hasn't affected the stats padding defender Sheezel ....all this talk about not caring about stats is blasphemous


Someone (me) pulled the wrong lever in R1, opting for Serong over Brayshaw ....a sliding doors moment, surely though Serong, if he can remember how to kick, can have his moment in the sun SOON !

We need Ross to select Boxhall ....come on, help us Coaches with a Rookie

I just need a good week, some favourable rookie selections to get back into the game ...

About time, Clubs were given a heads-up on Umpire focus ....i wonder when the focus will go on eradicating stupid umpire calls ....it seems an edict has been enacted for umpires to not overrule each other ....or are they simply incapable of seeing obvious bad decisions

This league is a joke.

How about the AFL focusing on the standard of umpiring as last week's round was the worst I have ever seen.

So many inconsistencies with the 15 metre kicking interpretation, holding the ball, ruck infringements...the list goes on and on.

This league is a joke.

How about the AFL focusing on the standard of umpiring as last week's round was the worst I have ever seen.

So many inconsistencies with the 15 metre kicking interpretation, holding the ball, ruck infringements...the list goes on and on.

I genuinely do not understand what a ruck infringement is, I think it's the one that needs the most attention. You will legit have the whistle blow and both rucks be confused at who gets a free kick, often the stronger guy standing his ground is punished? It's bizarre.

Isn't it usually blocking? If the ball hits the ground without being touched the ruck closest to it gets pinged it seems.

It's only RD8 and I've used my last boost - surely, this won't be needed in future rounds
I was reluctant to trade in another RD12 players, but Xerri has to come in

It's not really a rule of the week. More an admission that the ump's are not policing it to the AFL's satisfaction and warning the clubs.

Safe to say there's no infringement for ignoring the umpire's request to stay 1 metre apart.
