I don't know if anyone read this AFL top 100 rich list (take it with a grain of salt). All the clubs with reported tight salary caps had the most players on the list such as GWS had 9 players, Pies 8, Melbourne 8, Carlton 7, Freo 7 and GCS 6. The teams with a so called war chest had the least players on it such as Brisbane 5, WB 5, Adelaide 4, Hawks 4 and Geelong 4. It reported Rowan Marshall was the highest earning STK with 900k-$1m this year. It was reported that Treloar in the last year of his Collingwood subsidised contract earned approx. $1m

Who would the 8 players be? Find that surprising tbh.

I think it includes outside earnings and not just their club salaries.
Such as Pendles with his vineyards.
Others with coffee shops and wellness businesses etc
